Power Gaming on the WII...

Neeraj & me decided to play on the WII as India were off to a disastrous start in the cricket ODI tri series against Australia and so as we guzzled a few quick beers we decided to play on the WII.

Girlz Day Out!!

Anjali was kind enough to have Kanika spend Saturday night with Tiana. They probably planned this during dance classes and it was a difficult one but Yujita & I decided to give into Kanika's request. They had a lovely dinner at Chillies while Yujita and I decided to have some Dosa & an Indian Thali at Taj in Parramatta. The girls watched some movie although I believe they were pooped out and sleeping through most of it! Yujita and I had an early sleep in...

Sunday morning was spent tidying up the house and cooking some Roganjosh(made by me)Rajma(Made by Yujita) & Rice for the girls as they were coming here straight after dance and having lunch with us. The girls apparently had a nice girly time doing girly things (cant understand that!!!) and had dance followed by lunch with us.

Anj spent a few hours after lunch curling Kanika's hair and watching 'The Gods Must Be Crazy', I watched the match, Yujita worked tirelessly on her powerpoint presentation and Tia couldnt wait to get home as the little girl seemed bored by the end of what seemed a wonderful time spent by Kanika, Anjali & Tiana!

Jodhaa Akbar was nice!!

We went out to see Jodha Akbar today with Anjali & Tiana. It was a nice movie. Tommorow is Yujita's birthday and here's wishing her a wonderful day and year ahead.

Dinner at Jacci & Neeraj's Place

I believe Jacci is one of the finest cooks as she can conjure some delicious meals but this was a meal with a difference... Jacci & Neeraj invited us for an Indian meal! Jacci made lovely Baingan ka bharta & Choley.. Neeraj made some Garhwali Meat... Dada couldnt resist getting into the kitchen and adding with some Kadhai Chicken & Kheer.. I forgot to mention the masala peanuts with onions and chillies were reminiscent of our visits to the Naval Mess's to have a drink with Dad & Mum. No evening is complete without blondes so the Pure Blonde's were keeping our spirits high.. Sanjeev got some lovely garlic naans from his restaurant Masala at Bondi Junction.. Kanika & the kids had fun playing together.
