Preparing for the Barbie... Chef in action!
Neeraj & Jacci alongwith Nikhil & Rohan had to come over from Dubai to spend some time with us so it was the perfect time to celebrate with an Aussie Barbie & Beers.. We had Jaavad & Soubia over too and neighbourhood friends Tanya & Puneet.. It was a nice evening with Lamb Chops, Garlic Prawns, Chicken Peri Peri & Char Sui, Panch Poran Fish, Lamb Shammi Kebabs on the Barbie. The accompaniments were an assortment of mussels, Sun dried tomatoes, olives with stuffed pimentos, assorted cheese & crackers.. Beer for the boys & wine & lemon lime & bitters with vodka for the girls... I enjoyed entertaining my friends & proudly did it all by myself though Tanya did help me on the Barbie & a big thanks to her for that..
