Had a lovely first fifteen days in Jan 2011. Work kept me busy. C2K (gym, pool & spa) ensured my mind & body were kept fit. Brekkie was fun with mates yesterday & recommenced after the short Christmas break. I attended Linda & Henry's Wedding Reception, which was very well organised at The Phoenix in Rhodes. We had a feast of seafood with lobster, mud crabs, parrot fish, jelly fish, crispy chicken & Red bean dessert with the wedding cake. VSOP Cognac, Wines, bubbly & beers did the rounds.
India beat South Africa in the 2nd ODI cricket match & Australia beat England in the second T20 so good news on the sports.
My friend, client & solicitor, Damien had surgery on his neck for some numbness that had come about in his left hand & came thru well & has got back to work which was great news.
I occasionally helped my friend at Mother India with his restaurant during some anxious moments & feel happy to have been able to do that.
I am truly impressed with my beautiful friend Joanne, who is a Scientist & hope we can build on our friendship & take it to higher levels.
Lastly, my computer workshops resume in the new year next week with the Constitution Hill Retirement Village that I have adopted & I look forward to being able to give something back to the community.
Signing off for now..
