Booked our Tickets for England & Europe!

Looking forward to Nisha's Wedding and a near full family reunion in England.. Kanika & I booked our tickets and cant wait to board the plane. I have very nostalgic feelings each time I travel to England for it brings back memories of the place where I started my career nearly twenty years ago... Really looking forward to visiting our friends Jacci & Neeraj in Abu Dhabi & staying with them for a couple of days en-route to England.... Looking forward to being with my dear brother & his family and driving thru Europe as a family! Probably the best time I've spent in years since my last holiday to The Gold Coast! The countdown has begun... so near yet so far! Woohoo!

Fish n Chips at Windsor

As Kanika recovered and got back to normal we all went out for Fish n Chips to Windsor Village. We later drove up to the Blue Mountains up ahead from Windsor.

Sleepless Night as Bub recovers...

It was a very long night for me as I barely slept a wink as Kanika clutched onto me all night and I kept feeling her to ensure she wasn't too hot. She's still got fever around the 101 mark but hopefully the medication will start working its magic now. Thanks for all the good wishes from friends & family... A big thank you to Balbir Aunty who spent the whole evening with us cheering up Kanika and speaking with her doctor friends to get their opinion on Kanika.

Kanika's serious but under good care..

Kanika has been put on treatment for both viral & bacterial flu with Tamiflu, antibiotics, Panadol. Her fever been constantly around 104 since morning. I will be by her side till she recovers though its great to have Mum & Dad over to take that extra care..

My darling daughter was feverish since last night but woke me up early morning with high fever (103.20) & vomiting. She hugged me and slept like a baby all thru the rest of the morning. Here's wishing she gets well soon... I will take her to the doctor tomorrow morning.

Shuchi & Sanjeev Invited us for Dinner..

It was Shuchi's Birthday last week... Kanika made her a lovely card whilst Mum had bought one for her. She invited us for dinner last night & had made special meat for Dad which was delicious. We spent some nice time in their company and so did the kids singing on the karaoke.

A nice weekend!

Nice relaxing weekend.. Kanika had dance on Saturday & Sunday. She is choreographing a dance this time and is pretty excited about it. Simba was vaccinated and had a grooming session on saturday. He looks cool now! We all had Yum Cha on Sunday arvo followed by a stroll thru Castle Towers which resulted in her buying a Pandora Charm for her bracelet. Came back and took Simba for a walk to the dog park which was an experience as we realised that Simba isn't a very social dog! Had Chicken Laksa with our neighbours for dinner and another weekend goes by...

A nice comedy - Khosla ka Ghosla

We all sat down and watched this movie to cheer up Dad, who has not been feeling too well off late, recovering well from the after effects of radiation. It was an evening well spent with all of us in splits. Mum made some lovely Chicken Curry & Rice..

Kanika's School Term 2 comes to an end!

Kanika had an eventful Term 2 at The school. A few pictures thru the term sums it up. She has done exceedingly well in class and got a very encouraging report. Well done Kanika!
