Back from Ghanari
It is always nice to be in Ghanari during monsoons. The tinkling noise of rain fall on a tin roof at night has always thrilled me from my childhood days. The smell, or the fragrance around of
greenery is really breathtaking and reminds of my schooldays when Bindo and I used to walk down in Dharamsala after seeing the late movies in Himalaya Talkies . Of course, the sounds of kulhs which are not there in Ghanari are missed
After a long time I was forced to rewrite the record when I was tempted to eat nearly a basketful of desi mangoes at a go! Of course I brought bag ful of mangoes back to Delhi.
- Now that I have been robbed of my camera , I can't insert a live picture on the blog. I have put an old picture of my sons and wife when they were at their best...
